Our Mission:

To deliver person-centred, culturally aware, and outcome-focused care that helps people build skills, confidence, and independence — one step at a time.

We’re committed to creating equal opportunities for people with disability and older Australians to thrive in their homes and communities, while ensuring every service we deliver meets the highest standards of safety, dignity, and accountability.

What We Do:

GNCS offers a full range of NDIS and aged care supports, including:

  • Daily Living & Personal Care
Helping participants manage routines with independence and dignity.

  • Community Access & Day Programmes
Encouraging connection, learning, and confidence through group and social activities.

  • High-Intensity & Clinical Supports
OT- and RN-supervised care for Complex Bowel Care, Subcutaneous Injections, and related clinical needs.

  • Accommodation & Tenancy
SDA guidance, tenancy support, and short- or medium-term stays (STA/MTA).

  • Support Coordination
Collaborative planning, reporting, and implementation support for participants and their coordinators.

  • Home Care Packages (Aged Care)
Flexible in-home assistance designed to keep older adults living safely and happily at home.

How We Work

Our approach is simple but structured:

  1. Listen first – every support starts with understanding your goals, culture, and preferences.

  2. Plan clearly – no jargon, just transparent steps and practical solutions.

  3. Deliver consistently – with punctual visits, friendly staff, and clear progress notes.

  4. Review regularly – to keep services aligned with your changing needs.

Our Team

Our team includes qualified support workers, registered nurses, occupational therapists, and coordinators — all backed by local management and quality assurance processes. Every staff member holds an NDIS Worker Screening Check, up-to-date training, and a commitment to ethical, person-centred care.

We’re proud to be a multicultural and multilingual team, reflecting the diverse communities we serve in Melbourne’s North.

Our Values

Respect: Every person’s story matters.
Communication: Clarity and transparency at every step.
Consistency: You’ll always know who’s coming and when.
Inclusion: We celebrate culture, identity, and individuality.
Quality: Safety and outcomes come first, always.
